A big thank you to all students who attended the training session with GrandMaster Quigley, We hope you all enjoyed it.

It was fantastic to see the school so full of students.

Remember we have a self-defence seminar next Satudary Afternoon, joint locks, restraints and pressure points - will be another great session.

A massive WELL DONE to Tigers students, who completed well over 10,000 kicks last nite in aid of Sport Relief.... Upto now we have around £400 raised.... Still more sponsor forms to come in, + the Sponsored run tomo.... GO TEAM TIGERS
